Order Cancellation

Customers may request the cancellation of an order only on the same day the order is placed. Once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID as soon as possible.

7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement window from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect product has been delivered.
  • Product received is defective or has manufacturing issues.

Replacement Requirements

To process a replacement request:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.
  • Replacement approval is subject to review and verification by our support team.

Refund Policy

As our products fall under the wellness and personal care category, refunds are generally not applicable once an order has been delivered.

In cases where a replacement cannot be provided due to product unavailability or other exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Rudraksh Ayurvedic after proper review.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product has been opened, used, or consumed.
  • Product seal has been tampered with.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or misuse by the customer.
  • Requests raised after the 7-day replacement period.
