  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any ongoing free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website and applied automatically where eligible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
  • Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.
